Self Description I am experienced in working with primary school aged children. I was teaching for 6 months after my SPM(in 1997),then I continued my studies in UPM doing TESL. I was then offered a place in Portsmouth University, England. I went to U.K. end of 1997 and lived there until end of 2006. I am married to a British man. When I was in secondary school, I was the best student in English, also the best student of English in SPM in my school. Whilst in UK, I was actively involved in primary schools in Portsmouth, working as a Reading Helper, helping children aged 5-9 year olds with their English, reading, writing & spelling. I always strive to make English learning fun for the children that I teach, so it makes learning & memorising easier for them. I also speak English fluently, with British accent as I have lived in UK for 9 years since I was 17.
Proven Track Record All the children that I've worked with in Somers Park Primary School, Portsmouth, have been able to read well & understood the meaning of words by the end of the term. I get good reports from their teachers about their achievements.
Achievement SPM - Grade 1, with A1 in English, C6 in 1119, A2 in Arabic, C3 in Malay Language, and the best student for English in SPM in my school (1996). PMR - 4 As (including English & Arabic)
