Self Description I have been teaching English to different age groups and mainly students from private and international schools. I offer Singapore and Malaysian syllabuses.Also offered are Preliminary English test,Key English Test and First Certificate In English under the University Of Cambridge ESOL programmes. Under these programmes these syllabuses cover listening,reading,writing and speaking.The exams for all thses programmes are held twice a year at 4 centers in KL.You can rest assured that the certificates awarded are from Cambridge University.The recognition is broad because they are recognised by most commomwealth universities and most international corporations recognise them as job entry qualifications.In a way they are more beneficial than TOEFL which has no life time recognition and not recognised in the job market. Another widely-recognised course is the IELTS(INTERNATIONAL ENGLISH LANGUAGE TESTING SYSTEM). This course has all the 4 components mentioned above.Again it is recognised world-wide as university entrance qualification and also recognised in the job market.Both the IELTS and CambridgeESOL programmes have life-time recognition. I came from fully English-medium schools and I am age 47.Besides using textbooks and workbooks,I use newspapers,magazines,tapes and internet to teach my students.The medium of instruction is English.
