Self Description I have three years of experience teaching Math and Sci related subjects. I truly enjoy what I do and I work hard to make sure all my students improve. I take effort to make sure lessons are interactive as much as possible as I like to get students to be more analytical and to also give them confidence to voice their opinion and at the same time improve language skills. Therefore, I tend to have open discussions frequently especially in regards to essay writing and also understanding Science topics. As students nowadays are usually given ample homework at school, I will not stress on it too much. Instead, I'll focus on helping them then and there, even with school work (unless they are weak and are in need of a lot practice).
Proven Track Record All my students score a minimum of B; even those who were scoring Ds and Es before I started with them. I have taught a student, Lee, A Levels Math in the course of three months, after which he scored a B for the subject when he sat for the CIE May/June 2010 paper.
Achievement I graduated with second class upper degree in Chemical Engineering with a CGPA of 3.62 out of 4.00 and was awarded the Dean's Award Medal upon graduation. I received 7A1s, 1A2 and 1B4 for SPM. I was also selected as the best student for over all performance in high school and was awarded the Seri Bestari Award for Year 2000.
