Self Description	Teach based on the 2 main type of instruction: discussion and lecture. Lecturing when there are need to supply information and discussion when achieving goals which are oriented more toward process and changing behavior. I do believe that student not just memorize but can understand better after a session of lecturing followed by a discussion/practical work. I get this experience during my tutor work in UPM for 2 years. During that time, I’ve taught in 3 different subjects, mostly variant of science subject and a computer class. Class capacity vary from 25 to 60 students.
